Happy Thanksgiving!

Ok, so I'm a day late and a dollar short, but I hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving yesterday. As of yesterday I am 28 weeks along, and a week into my third trimester. Yahoo! Time is just flying right on by! I am already at the point of going to the doctor every two weeks, which just came up on me so fast. Nothing too new to report here. Lexi is still bouncing around day after day. I keep showing Cade my belly and saying "baby" and he now tries to repeat after me but ends up saying "baba." It's so cute. He also will come up to me and randomly pull my shirt up to see my belly whenever he feels like it. Oh, but this isn't limited to mom as Uncle Brandon found out recently. hehe. Cade said "throw it" for the first time yesterday as he threw his sippy cup down on the floor. He also caught a ball today for the first time all by himself. He is growing up to be such a little man. Matt, Cade and I are visiting my mom in Arkansas but will be going home tomorrow. Pray for us as we make the 11 hour journey home. Every year mom and I go Black Friday shopping, and this year Matt and Cade joined us. Well, Matt and Cade guarded the cart while mom and I wiggled our way through the unusually crazy crowd. Even with my big preggo belly, I was still able to work my way through the crowd like a Black Friday pro. LOL. It's so much fun! Well I hope you all have a great weekend, and happy shopping...
Love,
Trisha

26 weeks!

One more week until I enter the 3rd trimester. Woohoo! We are just about done with Cade's new room. We have one empty wall which will hold his dresser as soon as we get it. We just haven't purchased it yet. I have Lexi's bedding (ladybugs) but am not opening or washing anything until I have one more reassuring ultrasound, which hopefully will be next month sometime. Not a lot to report here. I am feeling pretty good still, though I have officially entered the uncomfortable stage. I knew it was coming. I can't complain. This pregnancy has been a breeze compared to my first trimester with Cade. And boy oh boy was he worth it all. I just love my sweet little angel. The other day he turned to mommy to give me a kiss while sitting on daddy's lap and then he turned back to daddy to give him a kiss and went back and forth a good 3-4 times kissing us both. These are memories that last a lifetime. You just cannot not imagine how much you will love your child until you have one. It's indescribable, a miracle and the most joy you could ask for in life. Ah, my preggo hormones are making me sappy. Will end here. Tata for now.

Love,
Trisha
